We are currently living in a very unusual time. COVID-19 has affected the entire world in ways that we could not have imagined. How have you been personally affected by this global pandemic? Many people were forced out of work or relocated to a mandatory home office; schools across the nation were shut down and home schooling replaced your typical school day; businesses that you frequented were closed; and so much more. No one has made it through the last few months without at least some change to their life. One group that has been affected more than other groups is high school seniors. High school seniors have been sent home for their last few months of their high school career. School proms were cancelled. Typical graduation ceremonies are no longer happening. Awards assemblies will never be held. End of the year senior traditions will not be something that they will ever get to participate in. Many parents are scrambling to find ways that they can still honor their high school seniors during this unusual time in history. A Limo World has been scouring the internet for you to help you find some ways to make your child’s senior year one that they will never forget. Today we are going to share with you our favorite ideas for you to consider.
Senior Prom Night & Day
We have seen several cute ideas on how to have a senior prom and still stay within the mandates set by our government officials. Parents have stepped up and become their child’s prom date. Both the parent and child get dressed in their formal attire and spend an evening together. A Limo World can come pick you up for the occasion. To get out of the house, you can even eat dinner in the car while listening to music. You can cruise the town in style while our drivers take care of the details so you can just enjoy the moment.
There are quite a few different ways that you can spotlight your senior. Many people are choosing to have yard signs made up for their seniors. These are a super cute, inexpensive way to made your senior feel special. You can also decorate your front door with their school colors and name. Social media groups highlighting seniors are being created every day. You should be able to find one in your area.
Our last suggestion of doing a senior drive-by. This can take many different forms. Some schools are organizing a senior parade of some sort that you can participate in. You can also set up your own drive-by route. You can drive by your friends and family’s homes. Just make sure that you have a route for us and we can follow it without any problems.
